FREE SHIPPING POLICY
Free Shipping is offered on all domestic (US) orders of $50 and over. You don’t need a promotional code.
Orders will ship out on Tuesdays and Fridays
*We apologize, but we only ship Domestically (Continental United States) ONLY at this time, but will be adding International shipping in the future.
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment. Please allow us 3-5 business days to process your order. If your order is placed after business hours or on a holiday, the processing time starts the next business day.

**Business Days are Monday – Friday (excluding federal holidays). Orders that are received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.
US Postal Service must be used when shipping to P.O. Boxes and APOs/FPOs.
We thank you for being our customer and truly appreciate that you have chosen us for your hair care needs. We would like for you to know that our order fulfillment and shipping systems get orders ready for shipment efficiently and quickly, so we are unable to cancel, do any price adjustments, change shipping address, or change an order once it’s been placed.
We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your
purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price less the shipping charge as shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to product(s) during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We gladly offer FREE SHIPPING for orders of $50 and over, but if the order was originally eligible for free shipping and the value of the returned items decreases the beginning subtotal to less than the free shipping minimum at the time of purchase, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Some items are non-refundable. These include: Vanessa’s Tresses™ Deep Conditioning Flowers, Twist & Shout Light Twisting Custard due to the product melting and variations.
We do not accept returns for products that are part of a set (i.e. Travel Set/Sample Kit).
Additionally, at this time we do not process exchanges.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY DAMAGES
All damages, loss or when the package has been stolen during shipping and delivery is the Courier’s responsibility. The courier is bound to observe extra ordinary diligence to make sure that the product has been delivered to your doorstep. However, all loss or damage must be filed with the Courier, we would be happy to assist you if that’s the case. Moreover, if the USPS or tracking indicates the package was delivered, we will not be able to reship orders that have been lost or stolen.
